These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the h5ho3 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the h5ho3 platform. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts.
All deposits and withdrawals on h5ho3 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via local bank transfer or approved e-wallet. No foreign currency accounts.
Each individual may hold exactly one active h5ho3 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with anti-fraud policy.
All bonuses are subject to stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are published clearly on each promotion page. No hidden conditions.
Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of automated bots, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension.
h5ho3's maximum aggregate liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the h5ho3 platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and h5ho3 (the "Company"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge unconditional acceptance of these terms in full.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the h5ho3 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. The Company strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under the legal age of 21 and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Residency. The h5ho3 platform is designed primarily for residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful under the laws, regulations, and orders applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice on that question.
2.3 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not acting as an agent for a third party, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.4 Exclusion from Eligibility. The following individuals are not eligible to hold an h5ho3 account: (a) employees, contractors, agents, officers, or directors of the Company; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the platform or who have been permanently banned by the Company; (d) individuals located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Territory.
Important: If you register using false information regarding your age or identity, the Company reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all winnings, and close your account without prior notice. Any funds deposited may be withheld pending investigation.
3.1 Registration Process. To access h5ho3 services, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your real full name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one active account. Opening duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. The Company uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, the Company may close all associated accounts and retain any outstanding balances as a penalty.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify h5ho3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, h5ho3 requires all Members to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of: (a) a government-issued photo identity document (KTP, SIM, or valid passport); (b) proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and (c) a selfie photograph holding the identity document. The Company reserves the right to request supplementary documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request may result in forfeiture of the withdrawal request, though deposited principal will remain accessible.
3.5 Account Dormancy. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 365 consecutive days will be classified as dormant. The Company may charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 per month on dormant accounts after the dormancy period has been reached. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. h5ho3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within five (5) minutes to the nominated payment method. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your h5ho3 account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the sole beneficial owner of the funds. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal and to freeze funds pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
4.5 Fees. h5ho3 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the Company's control. Any such third-party fees are your sole responsibility.
4.6 Refunds. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Once a deposit has been credited and wagering activity has commenced, refunds will not be issued except in cases of verified technical error on the part of h5ho3. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction in question.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, h5ho3 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible Members. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bets placed with bonus funds on certain restricted game categories (as specified per promotion) may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. h5ho3 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times via different accounts, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, hedging bonus bets against other accounts, and using bonus funds in a low-risk pattern designed to extract value without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the Member.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain un-wagered at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. The Company will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. The Company reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account.
Note on Seasonal Promotions: h5ho3 may offer special promotions aligned with cultural events observed in Indonesia, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Eligibility criteria and wagering requirements for seasonal promotions will be communicated in the specific promotion terms and may differ from standard bonus terms.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on h5ho3 are subject to the general sportsbook rules published on the platform, as well as sport-specific rules for football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA tournaments), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports markets. In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.
6.2 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to liquidity and market availability at the time of placement. Once an in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
6.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets involving three or more selections are offered across eligible football fixtures. All selections within a mix parlay must win for the bet to pay out; a single loss voids the entire parlay. Minimum odds per selection and minimum number of selections may apply as stated in the sportsbook rules.
6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times. Results are final once confirmed by the designated draw operator and published on the platform. No claims will be accepted after results have been published.
6.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) are provided via third-party studio feeds from certified live casino operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are determined by real-time physical game outcomes and are final. The Company is not responsible for network interruptions affecting live game sessions; incomplete rounds will be settled according to the applicable game provider's disconnection policy.
6.6 Slots. All slot games use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) engines. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the long-term statistical return over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
6.7 Void Bets. The Company reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a pricing or technical fault; (b) the event was cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable rescheduling window; (c) the Member had prior knowledge of the event outcome at the time of bet placement; or (d) the bet violates any applicable rule. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's account balance in full.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h5ho3 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
h5ho3 employs real-time fraud detection systems monitoring all account activity, transaction patterns, and betting behaviour. Suspicious activity triggers an immediate manual review. Accounts under review may have withdrawals suspended for up to 14 business days pending investigation completion.
8.1 All content on the h5ho3 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of h5ho3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, sublicensing, sale, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
8.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to h5ho3 by a Member may be used by the Company at its discretion without obligation of compensation or attribution to the Member.
h5ho3 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights with respect to your personal information. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy in full before completing your registration.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5ho3 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services.
10.2 The Company's maximum aggregate liability to any Member arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 h5ho3 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) force majeure events including natural disasters, war, government action, civil unrest, pandemics, or power failures; (b) disruptions to third-party payment providers or banking systems; (c) internet connectivity failures on the Member's side; or (d) any act or omission of a third-party game provider.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 By h5ho3. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) the Member has provided false information; (c) the Member's account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes; or (d) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
11.2 Outstanding Funds. Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, the Company may forfeit the balance in whole or in part as restitution for damages caused.
11.3 By the Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tools described in the Responsible Gaming page, which provides for immediate and irrevocable exclusion options.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5ho3 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform.
12.2 Nothing in this clause prevents h5ho3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.
12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 h5ho3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, the Company will notify affected Members via the registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, or immediately where the change is required by law or regulatory instruction.
13.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the h5ho3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. h5ho3 maintains an archive of previous versions of the Terms which can be requested from the support team.
